Rosemarine Yoga offers skills, time, and space to breathe, move, and connect with ourselves and others through individual and group offerings such as yoga and mindfulness meditation. We will discuss recommendations for incorporating these practices manageably and regularly. One-off and recurring services are available, as is a sliding scale fee structure.
